ENLIGHTEN is our "house blend"  roasted from a blend of Brazilian and Columbian beans and is a medium/dark roast coffee that is brown in color with a slight coffee oil on the surface of the roasted bean. It has low acidity, as well as a pronounced flavor profile with hints caramel and chocolate.
